What happens when I approve my artwork?
Approving artwork tells us that this is the piece to print. What you approve is what we produce, so it is the moment to read the phone number and the offer one more time.
L&B policy
The approved artwork is the authority for what L&B prints. An error you approved is not automatically reprintable at our cost — which is exactly why the free review happens before this point.
Worth checking one last time
- Phone number and website — digit by digit.
- The offer, and any expiry date on it.
- Your address and hours, if the piece shows them.
- Spelling of names and street names.
If you spot something after approving, call us immediately on 908.232.7770. Whether a change is still possible depends on how far the job has gone — so the answer depends on when you catch it, and sooner is genuinely better.
