Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the L&B Printing, Inc. website at https://lbprintinginc.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Products & Services

L&B Printing provides commercial printing services including but not limited to EDDM postcards, business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials. We also offer free design review, EDDM mailing services, and custom design tools.

Product Descriptions

We strive to display product colors, sizes, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor variations, printed colors may differ slightly from what appears on screen. We are not responsible for color variations between screen display and final printed product.

Design Files

You are responsible for ensuring that any design files you upload or create using our design tools are accurate, do not infringe on any intellectual property rights, and comply with all applicable laws. L&B Printing reserves the right to refuse to print any content that we deem inappropriate, illegal, or infringing.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is taken when the order is placed, except for approved business accounts invoiced on net terms. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank debit, and Link. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Pricing

Product pricing is based on quantity, paper stock, finish, and other selected options. EDDM orders include printing costs; USPS postage is calculated separately based on selected neighborhoods and current postal rates.

Proof Approval

Where an order requires you to approve a design or proof before production, it is your responsibility to review it carefully for accuracy, including spelling, contact information, colors, and layout. What you approve is what we produce, and L&B Printing is not responsible for errors that were present in what you approved.

Production & Turnaround

Production time varies by product and by the specifics of the job, so we do not publish a single turnaround that applies to every order. Where the timing for your order is known, we will tell you. Production time does not include shipping transit or, for mailed campaigns, USPS delivery, and it is never a guarantee: it can be affected by order volume, equipment availability, and other factors.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. L&B Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

EDDM Orders

For EDDM orders, L&B Printing handles bundling by neighborhood, all USPS paperwork, and delivery to your designated Post Office. USPS delivery timing is determined by the postal service and is outside of our control.

Returns & Reprints

Because our products are custom-printed, we generally do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, with a production defect, or not matching what you approved, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We may ask for photographs of the product and its packaging. L&B Printing determines whether the issue is transit damage, a production defect, or something else, and the appropriate remedy — which may be a reprint, a refund, or a credit depending on the circumstances.

Errors in artwork you supplied or approved — typos, incorrect contact information, or design issues that were visible in what you approved — are not automatically refundable. Postage and other costs already committed on your behalf cannot always be recovered, and we do not refund what cannot be recovered.

Intellectual Property

All content on the L&B Printing website, including text, graphics, logos, design templates, and software, is the property of L&B Printing, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Design files you create or upload remain your property. By submitting files for printing, you grant L&B Printing a limited license to reproduce and print those files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L&B Printing, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L&B Printing, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
