How it works

Start wherever you already are.

Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want printed. Others know the result they want and not the piece. Both are the right way to start, and they meet in the same place a step later.

Choose it, or have it made.

There are five ways a job starts here. None of them require you to already speak print, and none of them require a campaign.

  1. Pick a product

You know the piece. Set the specs, see the price, order it.

    Either door

  2. Pick a campaign

A goal, an offer, a design and an audience, already worked out together.

    I know the result

  3. Make a campaign yours

Keep the structure that does the work; your brand, offer and details replace ours.

    I know the result

  4. Have us build one

None of them fit. We work backwards from the result you want.

    I know the result

  5. Have us design a piece

Not a campaign at all — just something you need made properly.

    I know the piece

Then it becomes yours.

Your logo, your offer, your service area, your photographs. Whether you supply the artwork or we make it, the last step is the same: a file that is actually ready to print.

What you bring
What we lay out
What goes to press

Before anything prints

Someone here actually looks at it.

Not a preflight script checking that your file opens. A person reads the headline, the offer and the call to action, and tells you if something is going to cost you responses — while it is still free to change.

It is a tracked step on your order, not a favour. You will see it as Design Review Sent before anything moves into production.

Then we make it.

Printed, cut, folded and finished in Branchburg. The same shop that reviewed your artwork is the one that runs it — which is why there is someone to call who actually knows your job.

How it reaches the world depends on what you ordered.

A mail campaign and a box of business cards are the same job right up until the end, and then they are not.

Distributed via USPS

It goes into the mail

For direct mail, we bundle by neighborhood, complete the USPS paperwork and take it to the Post Office. You don't handle any of it.

Shipped via UPS

It ships to you

Ordinary print — cards, brochures, signs — is packed and shipped, and you get tracking when it leaves us.

Courier Delivery

We bring it to you

Local orders around Branchburg are often quicker to hand over than to ship, so we deliver them ourselves.

Postal specifics — who you can reach, what coverage costs, and how long USPS takes — all live on the direct mail page, because they only apply to the mail branch.

How direct mail works

You can see where your job is.

Every order moves through the same states, and your account shows which one you are in — from the moment it lands with us to the moment it leaves.

  1. In Review

  2. Design Review Sent

  3. In Production

  4. Then whichever ending fits your order

So — which one are you?
