I found a mistake after approving my artwork
Call 908.232.7770 straight away. Whether a change is still possible depends on how far the job has gone — if it has not been produced there is usually something we can do, and once production has been committed there may not be.
L&B policy
Whether an order can be changed, cancelled or refunded depends on whether L&B has already committed unrecoverable production, postage or other costs. That dependency is the rule — there is no published cut-off time, because the answer genuinely depends on the job.
Errors in artwork you supplied or approved are not automatically refundable. That is not us being difficult: approval is the point at which the file becomes the instruction, which is why the free review happens before it.
