Report it within 7 calendar days of delivery. Call 908.232.7770 and keep the packaging — photographs of the product and the packaging help, and we may ask for them.
L&B policy
Report the problem within 7 CALENDAR days of delivery. Keep what arrived, including the box, until it is resolved.
L&B determines whether the issue is transit damage, a production defect, or something else, and what the appropriate remedy is. Those are genuinely different problems with different causes, and treating them as the same thing helps nobody.
What helps
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the affected pieces.
- A photograph of the packaging if the damage looks like transit.
- Roughly how many pieces are affected.
