Can I cancel my order?
You can ask, and you should ask promptly — call 908.232.7770. Whether it can be cancelled depends on whether we have already committed production, postage or other costs that cannot be recovered.
L&B policy
There is no self-service cancellation, and no published deadline or fee, because the answer depends on committed cost rather than on a clock. Anyone quoting you a cut-off time would be inventing one.
Postage is the part that most often cannot come back. Once it has been bought for your mailing it is spent, whether or not the mailing goes.
