How do refunds and reprints work?
Where L&B is responsible for a material production or order error, the remedy may be a reprint, a refund or a credit depending on the circumstances. We determine which applies on the facts. Errors in artwork you supplied or approved are not automatically refundable.
L&B policy
No surface can promise you a specific remedy in advance, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we will always do is have a person look at it.
Postage and other committed costs that cannot be recovered are not refundable — that money has already left for USPS.
