Start a direct mail campaign
What is the free design review?
Before your job goes to press, someone at L&B looks at it — the offer, the headline, who you are reaching and whether the file will print cleanly. It is included on every order and costs nothing. If something looks likely to cost you response, we tell you before it is printed rather than after.
Most printers take the file and press go. The review exists because the expensive mistakes in direct mail are not printing mistakes — they are a weak offer, an unclear call to action, or mailing the wrong streets. Those are cheap to fix before press and impossible to fix afterwards.
What gets looked at
- Whether the offer is clear and worth responding to.
- Whether the piece tells the reader what to do next.
- Whether the artwork will print cleanly at size.
- Whether the audience you chose matches what you are trying to do.
L&B policy
The review is included and free. It is a review, not a rewrite — we tell you what we would change and why, and the decision stays yours.
L&B policy
This is the ORDER-SCOPED review that comes with every order. Free expert campaign planning is a separate service that needs no order at all — see “How do I talk to someone at L&B?”. Both are free; they are not the same thing.
