Start a direct mail campaign

What are the steps to get a mailing out?

You choose who to reach, make the piece, and approve it. After that L&B prints it, bundles it by neighborhood, completes the USPS paperwork and makes the Post Office handoff. The decisions are yours; the postal mechanics are ours.

What you do

  1. Choose who to reach — neighborhoods for EDDM, or upload your list for addressed mail.
  2. Make the piece — customize a template, upload a print-ready file, or have our team design it.
  3. Check the price, which shows before you commit.
  4. Approve the artwork. That approval is what we print.

What L&B does

  1. Reviews the campaign before anything prints — free, on every order.
  2. Prints the piece.
  3. Bundles it by neighborhood and completes the USPS paperwork.
  4. Makes the Post Office handoff.

L&B policy

L&B does not publish a single production time that applies to every job, because jobs genuinely differ. We confirm timing for your specific job when we review your order — ask, and you will get a real answer rather than a number chosen to look good.

After the handoff, delivery is USPS’s. See "How long does USPS take to deliver?" for what that part looks like.
