Addressed mail & mailing lists
What is addressed mail?
Addressed mail goes to the specific people on a list you provide — customers, past clients, anyone whose address you already have. Each piece carries a real name and address, so it can be personal in a way EDDM cannot.
You upload a list, we print and address each piece, and USPS delivers to those recipients. You pay for exactly the number of records you mail, rather than for whole carrier routes.
Choosing a mail class
- First Class — a stamp rate with no minimum quantity, and the faster of the two.
- Standard (bulk mail) — a lower rate that needs at least 200 pieces, and takes longer.
We recommend
If you are mailing a handful of people, First Class is simpler and the postage difference is small. The bulk rate starts to matter in the hundreds.
