My file will not upload
Large files over a slow connection are the usual cause. Try a PDF rather than a packaged design file, check the format is one we accept, and if it still stalls, call 908.232.7770 — we can take the file another way.
- Export a flattened PDF if you are uploading a packaged design file.
- Check the file is not unusually large for what it contains.
- Try a wired or stronger connection if you can.
- Call us — a file we cannot receive through the browser is not a reason to hold up your mailing.
