Where are my uploaded files and designs?
Sign in and open your account — designs and orders are listed there, and a design stays attached to the order it belongs to. If you cannot find something, call 908.232.7770 with your order number and we will locate it.
Files uploaded during checkout are attached to that order rather than living in a separate library, which is why the order is usually the fastest way back to a file.
