Where is my mailing?
Once your mail is handed to the Post Office it enters USPS Marketing Mail, which is not tracked piece by piece. We can tell you when the handoff happened; USPS delivery typically follows within 3–10 business days and is not guaranteed.
USPS requirement
EDDM Retail has no per-piece tracking, no forwarding and no return service. That is how the program works, not a limitation of L&B.
The most useful signal is usually your own phone. Mail tends to arrive across several days rather than all at once, so response builds over a week or two rather than appearing the morning it lands.
