Mailing, delivery & USPS
What does “requested mailing date” mean?
It is the date you would like your mail handed to the Post Office. It is a request that we work toward, not a confirmed drop date and not a delivery date. We confirm what is actually possible when we review your order.
How the site works
Choosing a date records your request. It does not schedule anything with USPS, and nothing on the site can confirm a date on its own.
Three different things people mean by "when it mails"
- Requested — the date you asked for.
- Handoff — the day your bundles actually reach the Post Office.
- Delivery — when USPS puts it in mailboxes, typically 3–10 business days after the handoff and not guaranteed.
If a date genuinely matters, say so and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than accepting a request we cannot meet.
