How It Works
Choose Substrate & Size
White BOPP (most popular: bright white, moisture-resistant, holds color), Clear BOPP (no-label look), Bright Silver Metallic (premium shelf presence), or Semi-Gloss. 26+ standard sizes from 1×2" to custom. Die-cut to shape: circle, square, rectangle, or oval.
Upload Your Label Artwork
Submit a PDF at full label size. CMYK, 300 DPI, with 0.0625" bleed on all sides. Include your die-cut shape as a separate layer if non-rectangular. Minimum 250 labels per order.
Free Design Review
We check bleed, substrate compatibility (e.g., UV ink behavior on BOPP), die-cut alignment, and color accuracy before production. A label print error on 1,000 units is a significant waste. We prevent it.
Wound on Core, Ready for Your Applicator
Labels are wound on a 3" core in the direction you specify (outside wound standard). Compatible with all standard label applicator machines. Ready to apply by hand or machine the day they arrive.
The L&B Promise
If we're responsible for a material production error, we'll make it right. We'll review what happened and determine the appropriate reprint, refund, or credit. No forms, no delays, no argument. We've been standing behind our work since 1974. That's not a policy. That's a habit.

Frequently asked questions
Which substrate should I choose for my product labels?
White BOPP is the best all-around choice: bright white surface that makes colors pop, moisture-resistant for cold bottles and jars, and holds up to light handling. Clear BOPP gives a no-label look where the package material shows through your design, popular for cosmetics and premium foods. Bright Silver Metallic adds premium shelf presence for spirits, candles, and specialty foods. Semi-Gloss is the most economical for indoor dry-use labeling.
What die-cut shapes do you offer?
Circle, square, rectangle, oval, and custom shapes. Custom die-cuts are available for unique product shapes or brand-specific outlines. Call us at 908.232.7770 for custom shape pricing. Standard shapes are the most economical and fastest to produce.
What's the minimum quantity?
Our minimum is 250 labels per size/substrate. If you need multiple sizes or materials for the same product line, each combination is ordered separately. For craft beverage producers and food manufacturers labeling batches, 500–1,000 labels per run is most common.
What file format do you need?
PDF is preferred. CMYK, 300 DPI, with 0.0625" bleed (1/16") on all sides. Include your die-cut shape as a separate layer if non-rectangular. Our free design review checks bleed, substrate color interaction, and die-cut alignment before production.
How are the labels wound on the roll?
Standard is outside wound (label face out, peeling from the outside of the roll), compatible with most hand and machine applicators. Specify inside wound if your applicator requires it. Wound on a 3" core, compatible with all standard dispenser equipment.
How long does roll label printing take?
We confirm production time for your job when we review the order. Roll labels need die-cutting and roll winding beyond standard flat printing, so they run longer. Rush is available for small quantities. Call us at 908.232.7770.
What if something is wrong with my order?
The L&B Promise: If we're responsible for a material production error, we'll make it right. We'll review what happened and determine the appropriate reprint, refund, or credit. In practice, it rarely gets that far — our free design review catches virtually every issue before we go to press. We stand behind every job. Call us at 908.232.7770 if you ever have a concern.
