Two-part no-carbon form pads with wraparound chipboard cover, bound and ready to use on a clipboard or countertop. Each pad is 50 sets; sets peel off cleanly and the copy stays behind. White original on top, yellow duplicate underneath. 8.5"×11" only. Printed 4/0 or 1/0, same price either way. Order 2 pads (100 sets) to start a job or 4 pads (200 sets) for a full work run. The wraparound cover protects the top set and gives you a firm writing surface without a clipboard. Ideal for field service techs, catering staff, retail stores with custom order pads, and any business that fills out forms away from a desk.

How It Works

1

Choose 2-Part or 3-Part

2-part (white/yellow) for customer-keeps-one situations. 3-part (white/yellow/pink) for jobs where you, the customer, and a dispatcher all need a copy.

2

Design Your Form

Upload your existing form design or work from our invoice/work order templates. Add sequential numbering, your logo, and any field layout you need.

3

Free Design Review

We check field alignment, sequential number placement, write-through pressure zones, and print registration before production.

4

Printed & Shipped

Forms arrive collated and shrink-wrapped in pads or sets, ready for the field. No carbon paper required. Writes clean through every part.

The L&B Promise

If we're responsible for a material production error, we'll make it right. We'll review what happened and determine the appropriate reprint, refund, or credit. No forms, no delays, no argument. We've been standing behind our work since 1974. That's not a policy. That's a habit.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between 2-part and 3-part carbonless forms?

2-part (white top sheet, yellow copy) is for situations where you keep a copy and the customer takes the original, or vice versa. 3-part (white, yellow, pink) creates a third copy for a dispatcher, office file, or approval chain. Home services companies in NJ typically use 3-part for work orders so the technician, the customer, and the office all have a record.

Can you add sequential numbering to my forms?

Yes. Sequential numbering is standard for invoice and work order forms. Just specify where you want the number (top right is most common), your starting number, and the format (e.g., starting at 1001). Sequential numbering reduces billing disputes and makes it easy to pull a specific job from your records.

What sizes do you offer?

8.5" × 11" is the standard for most invoices and work orders. 5.5" × 8.5" half-sheet is common for smaller forms: service checklists, receipt slips, order pads. Custom sizes are available. Call us at 908.232.7770 with your dimensions.

What's the minimum quantity for carbonless forms?

Our minimum is 50 sets. Most NJ trades businesses (HVAC, landscaping, electrical) order 100–500 sets at a time to cover a season or a project cycle. Sequential numbering is maintained across reorders, just specify your starting number.

How are the forms collated and packaged?

Carbonless forms are collated in sets (e.g., white + yellow + pink) and shrink-wrapped in pads of 25 or 50 sets. You can also order them loose in packages of 100 sets without padding. Let us know your preference when ordering.

What file format do you need?

PDF is preferred. 300 DPI, CMYK, with 0.125" bleed on all sides. Make sure field lines are at least 1pt thick for clean reproduction through all parts. Our free design review checks write-through zones and registration to make sure your form reads cleanly on every copy.

How long does printing take?

We confirm production time for your job when we review the order. Carbonless forms are a specialty item. NJ trades companies, landscapers, electricians, and HVAC firms rely on them for their field operations and we keep this product on a fast production track.

What if something is wrong with my order?

The L&B Promise: If we're responsible for a material production error, we'll make it right. We'll review what happened and determine the appropriate reprint, refund, or credit. In practice, it rarely gets that far — our free design review catches virtually every issue before we go to press. We stand behind every job. Call us at 908.232.7770 if you ever have a concern.
