Real Estate· EDDM Postcards

Bring in more listing clients from the neighborhoods you want to farm.

Farming only works if the same neighborhood keeps hearing from you, and the hard part is still being there in month six, after the first mailing came back quiet.

I was losing listings in an area I’ve worked for years. After just two mailings, I got a listing—and I know this is only the start.

Real Estate Farming Campaign

One campaign, built for farming. Pick a design and make it yours.

Farming works when the same neighborhood sees your name again and again. EDDM delivers your postcard to every mailbox in the neighborhoods you pick, with no list to buy. L&B prints it, bundles it by neighborhood, prepares the USPS paperwork and makes the Post Office handoff — and a real person reviews the piece before it prints.

Also on the table

Three more ways agents farm. Starting points, not packages.

Farming is a cadence rather than a date: the same neighborhood, on a rhythm you can actually keep, for long enough that your name is the familiar one. Listing and open-house mail is triggered by the event instead.

Just Listed / Just Sold

Turn a listing going live, or closing, into the reason the rest of the street hears from you.

Local market report

What sold, what it went for, how long it sat — the neighborhood's own numbers, delivered by you.

Open house invite

Reach the doors around the listing before the weekend, while going is still a plan someone could make.

These are not on the shelf yet. Kristy plans them with you — .

Why farming stalls

Farming works by repetition. Most farms go quiet long before that.

01

The name they already know

The homeowners on your farm already have an agent's name in mind. It is usually the one they have seen most often, not the one who knows the street best.

02

Decided again every quarter

Every quarter the mailing gets decided again, and it gets decided by whichever listing is loudest that week — so the neighborhood hears from you in bursts.

03

Built, not inherited

Being the agent a neighborhood calls first should be something you build on purpose, not something that goes to whoever happened to get there earliest.

The neighborhood you chose knows who you are before there is a sign in the yard, because you have been in the same mailboxes long enough to be the obvious call.

How It Works

Three decisions are yours. Everything after them is ours.

1

Choose your campaign

Start with the Real Estate Farming Campaign and one of its designs, built for agents rather than adapted from a generic postcard. Your photo, your brokerage, your offer.

2

Choose who you want to reach

Search by ZIP and see the neighborhoods on a map, each with its address count, household income and homeowner share. Pick the streets you actually want to farm.

3

Approve it. We handle the rest.

A free campaign review checks your headline, offer and call-to-action before anything prints. Then L&B prints, bundles by neighborhood, prepares the USPS paperwork and makes the Post Office handoff.

USPS Marketing Mail typically delivers in 3–10 business days. Delivery timing is not guaranteed. We'll confirm your schedule with you once the artwork and mailing details are reviewed.

Transparent Pricing

What a farm mailing costs.

Print price plus USPS postage. No setup fees, no list fees, no hidden charges. The EDDM postage rate is the same per piece whether you mail 500 or 10,000, so the only thing that changes with size is how much of the neighborhood you cover.

  • Free campaign & design review on every order
  • USPS prep, paperwork, and bundling by neighborhood
  • Post Office handoff handled by L&B
  • QR code tracking available on request

Postage is always separate and added at checkout, never baked into the print price.
